Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Contactless check-in to the apartment has a number of its own amenities and features. Guests need to contact the apartment in advance (at least 2 days before arrival) to prepare for check-in. Round-the-clock check-in is provided. In case of check-in on the same day, it is necessary to inform the administrator in advance from 08:00 to 22:00 to receive check-in instructions. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. Same day bookings are possible until 09:00 PM. Check-in is carried out remotely: after the conclusion of an electronic contract (renting a dwelling) and making a deposit, the administrator sends you information on settling. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to prior arrangement at an additional cost. Children from 0 to 2 years old can be provided with a baby cot as an extra bed free of charge. Children from 2 years old are counted as a separate guest with the provision of an extra bed. For accommodation with a dog, a one-time fee of RUB 3000.00 is charged for special cleaning and a security deposit, regardless of the length of stay (payment on the day of check-in). Accommodation is possible only with dogs of non-dangerous breeds up to 8 kg. Cats and larger dogs are not allowed.
