Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Spain hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Front desk opening hours 00:00 - 21:30. The face-to-face check-in time by the reception staff begins at 02:30 PM and ends at 09:30 PM. For guests who arrive at night after 09:30 PM, they will also be attended remotely without supplements through the telephone at the reception in the hall. If the check-in is rush hour, guests may have to wait to be attended by the telephone operator. If guests plan to arrive before check-in time, between 10:30 AM and 02:30 PM, guests can ask the staff to keep the bags in free storage until check-in time. How to access: In the street portal there is a video intercom on the right side. Guests need to press the bell button to be answered. Once the guests open the door, guests are asked to go up to the 3rd floor at the right door. After midnight check-in is done remotely.
