Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. It is allowed to use only the bed linen offered by the flat, as it is hypoallergenic. In order to avoid allergy attacks, it is strictly forbidden for guests to bring and use their own bed linen. One set of bed linen is included in the price. An additional set of bed linen and towels costs RUB 500.00. Smoking is prohibited in the flat and on the balcony. Smoking is subject to a fine in the amount of RUB 5000.00. The flat is not rented for celebrations and parties. According to a complaint from neighbors about a noisy event, eviction follows on the same day without refund of the deposit and payment for rent. Rules of accommodation: - Upon departure, guests are required to wash dirty dishes, clean the stovetop and oven, remove visible trash, and dispose of garbage bags in the designated waste bins. - Any food or bottles left in the refrigerator are considered trash and must be disposed of by the guest in the building's waste bins. - Quiet hours must be observed from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM. - Outdoor shoes must be removed upon entry. When leaving the apartment, guests must wash dirty dishes, sink, stove and oven, remove all trash and take bags of trash to the area with trash bins. The deposit is not refundable for damage and stains of any origin on textiles, interior and furniture, as well as for violation of the rules of residence and failure to comply with the conditions. Check-in instructions will be sent during business hours: from 10:00 to 22:00 local time in Khabarovsk (GMT+10). The flat has a remote check-in, so payment is accepted only by online transfer. Cleaning and transfer during the stay are not included in the price.
