Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The front desk is open until 23:00. In case of a late check-in, guests should inform the hotel in advance and get check-in instructions. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation. Check-in after 11:00 PM is not available. Rules for staying in a mini-hotel: 1. All guests are given keys, so guests are free to come and go around the clock. A security deposit of RUB 2000.00 via bank transfer is required upon arrival. After the guest checks out and the room is checked, the deposit is returned by bank transfer to the number indicated by the guest within 48 hours. In case of violation of the rules of stay / damage to the property of the object, the deposit is not returned. 2. After 11:00 PM, the mini-hotel stops receiving guests and switches to night mode. The phone is switched off from 11:00 PM to 9:30 AM. Check-in after 11:00 PM is possible by prior arrangement with the hotel for an additional fee of RUB 2000.00. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. 3. According to the law FZ-15, since October 14, 2017, smoking is prohibited throughout the territory and in the entrance of the mini-hotel. It is forbidden to drink alcohol and any intoxicating substances throughout the territory and at the entrance of the mini-hotel. Also on the territory of the mini-hotel it is forbidden: to have parties, to be in a state of intoxication, to be in a sick state, to be people under 18 years old, to be with pets. 4. Guests can leave their luggage for no more than a day. The mini-hotel is not responsible for the safety of things left in the locker. The key to the locker is always kept by the administrator. After the paid day, the items are transferred to the storage room at the Moscow railway station. 5. Free of charge on the territory of the mini-hotel is provided: Internet Wi-fi, bed linen, towel (50*90) and disposable slippers. Hairdryer, iron and ironing facilities are available upon request. Additional room cleaning on request. There is a shared kitchen and dining area. Other accessories and services are available for a fee. 6. The mini-hotel operates a payment system only by bank transfer. The size of the capsule room corresponds to the size of the bed.
