Guests must provide ID (passport, driving license or national ID card) at check-in. A security deposit will be required. To check in, guests are advised to go to the office at 6 Union Street, SE1 1SZ, where they will receive the keys and pay for the stay. They will be given directions to their apartment. Check-in after 21:00 will be charged GBP 20 and after midnight will be charged GBP 30. Group bookings of 3 apartments or more and bookings for more than 6 nights are subject to pre-payment. On confirmation of booking, 30% of the deposit is required. The final balance is to be paid 14 days prior to arrival. Full cancellation policy and charges will be advised direct to guests by the hotel. Please note that parties are not allowed on the property, and guests found breaking this rule will be charged. A security deposit of GBP 150 against breakages will be charged as guarantee on credit/debit card or cash. In the case of groups of 6 or more guests, the security deposit will be GBP 50 per person. The final balance is to be paid upon arrival. Please note that the pictures shown are selected from several apartments. The apartments are of a similar standard, but may differ to the ones shown.
