The minimum number of guests is 4; therefore, if fewer than 4 guests are staying, the payment is still charged for 4 guests. Children under 5 years old stay free of charge. The maximum capacity is 10 guests. The deposit is refunded upon check-out if no property damage has occurred. The house is not available for noisy parties. It is strictly forbidden to make noise or play loud music from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM. The use of fireworks on the property is prohibited. Wood-fired Russian sauna – RUB 1500.00 per hour with minimum rental period being 3 hours. Turkish hammam – RUB 1500.00 per hour.
