As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. Please note that an individual security deposit will be required for each reserved room.Late check-in, after 7:00 PM, has a fee of $100 MXN.Please contact the property in advance for details on the pet policy. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Maya Vacanze Calle 4 of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of MXN 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
