Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk opening hours 14:00 - 16:00. Guests are required to notify the hotel in advance of their check-in time and receive check-in instructions. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. Standard check-in is from 02:00 PM to 04:00 PM Moscow time. Early check-in and late check-out are charged at the rate of one night, subject to availability. If guests wish to extend their stay, they must notify the hotel at least 12 hours in advance. Guests will be given one set of keys per room upon check-in and after payment. No luggage will be accepted for storage, as there is no luggage room. Payment by card is not possible, only by bank transfer or in cash. There is no parking. A prepayment of one night's stay is required to guarantee a room reservation. The prepayment must be made within 5 days of booking, otherwise the administration reserves the right to cancel the order. Upon check-out, guests are asked to: Give the keys to the administrator, a fine of RUB 5000.00 is charged for loss. In case of damage to the key, a fine of RUB 5000.00 will be charged. Check-in with small children is impossible. The administration reserves the right to terminate the contract for accommodation without refund and demand immediate departure of the guest, in case of violation of the internal rules of accommodation, as well as the presence and accommodation of strangers with the guest, not specified in the contract upon check-in. Persons in a state of alcoholic intoxication, as well as minors will be denied check-in. It is necessary to keep quiet from 11:00 PM to 09:00 AM. Reporting documents are provided. The cost of one additional place (Euro folding bed) is RUB 1500.00 per day.
