Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Contactless check-in is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Detailed check-in instructions are sent on the day of arrival. Check-in is possible strictly with a passport. The reception opening hours are from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM. The hotel does not guarantee confirmation of reservations or check-in outside of these hours without prior arrangement. Check-in instructions: After booking, guests are asked to provide the administrator with a contact phone number with a WhatsApp link to receive check-in information. The contact phone number is indicated on the voucher. Please take into account the administrator's working hours. Request processing is not guaranteed outside of business hours. Check-in information is sent from 10:00 AM to 08:00 PM. After receiving the information, guests can check in at any convenient time. Parking is open and located in the courtyard.
