Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk opening hours 08:00 - 22:00. Booking and check-in conditions: Contactless check-in is possible. Upon check-in, payment must be made for the entire stay, minus the prepayment, and a deposit. Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be accommodated, and the prepayment made earlier will not be refunded. Noisy entertainment events are prohibited. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. Pets are prohibited. Free cancellation of the reservation is made no later than 168 hours before the day of check-in. If the reservation is cancelled less than 168 hours before the day of check-in, the prepayment is not refundable. The day of check-in is calculated from 02:00 PM. Refusal to pay for the entire stay and/or security deposit is considered a refusal to check in. In this case, check-in is not possible and the prepayment made earlier is not refunded. A change in the length of stay to a shorter period is made upon prior notice no later than 72 hours in advance. The day of departure is calculated from 12:00 PM. In case of later notice of shortening the stay, payment for the remaining unlived days is not refunded. Extension of the stay is provided by prior arrangement and subject to availability. The hotel accepts payment in cash, by bank transfer to a bank card, by bank transfer to the current account. For 1 or 2 people, 1 set of bed linen is provided. An additional set of bed linen and towels is charged in the amount of RUB 200.00. After making a reservation, guests must contact the administrator and notify of the check-in time.
