Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. The rental price includes: 1 set of bed linen (tucked into the bed), 2 towels and a set of personal hygiene products for 2 guests (disposable toothbrushes, shower gels and shampoo). A set of bed linen on the sofa, as well as additional towels and personal hygiene products are provided for an additional fee. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. From 10:00 PM to 09:00 AM, the apartment must be quiet to avoid conflict with neighbors. Accommodation with pets is possible by agreement, for an additional fee. The apartment has a contactless check-in, guests can independently check in and out, at any convenient time, within the established check-in and check-out time.
