Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Guests are kindly requested to note when booking that there will be no hot water supply between 06/19/2024 and 06/29/2024. Check-in is available from 2:00 to 9:00 PM. Guests are required to contact the property on the day of arrival from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM Moscow time. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. In case of a later check-in from 9:00 to 11:00 PM, an additional fee of 500.00 RUB will be charged by transfer to a bank card. Check-in is not possible after 11:00 PM. During the New Year holidays from December 31 to January 9, guests will be charged a security deposit of 100% of the cost of the reservation per night.
