Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The apartment is not rented to noisy companies, as well as for parties. The balcony in the apartment is used for official purposes, access to guests is limited. Smoking is allowed only on the street. If you check in for one day after 09:00 PM, an additional fee of RUB 500.00 will be charged. For stays of two or more, there is no additional fee for check-in after 09:00 PM. The security deposit is refunded 2 hours after departure. The deposit is not refundable if guests: - smoked in the apartment and on the balcony; - they made noise after 10:00 PM and did not ensure silence after the first warning (after the second warning, the administration evicts guests); - they used additional sets of linen and towels not intended for guests (without approval). The deposit is partially non-refundable for broken dishes. The deduction for broken dishes, if the guests told the administration about it, is RUB 300.00, RUB 500.00 — if they hid information about broken dishes.
