Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Check-in and check-out outside the allotted time is provided by agreement and if possible. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. The deposit for the safety of property and order in the apartment is returned within 24 hours after check-out, cleaning and inspection. When booking for 1 day, a mandatory fee of RUB 500.00 is charged for cleaning. The flat is prohibited from holding noisy events, smoking. The flat is not rented to guests with animals. In cases of violation of silence at the time established by law or smoking, the rental agreement for the apartment is terminated without a refund of the funds paid.
