Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. To register, a rental agreement is concluded with each guest and a verification procedure is carried out. To do this, guests will need a passport and one of the messengers, the procedure takes no more than 5 minutes. Then guests receive detailed instructions for check-in with all access codes to the apartment. Early check-in or late check-out is possible subject to availability. Upon check-in, you must make a security deposit. After checking the condition of the accommodation for compliance with the house rules and the safety of the property, the deposit will be fully returned to the guests' card. For business guests, a package of reporting documents with a QR cash receipt for accounting is provided. Any form of payment is possible: cash, non-cash. Accommodation rules: - Guests in a state of alcoholic and drug intoxication are not allowed to check in. - Holding events (celebrations, parties, birthdays, etc.) is prohibited. - Smoking cigarettes, sticks, hookahs is prohibited. - The apartment is not intended for living with pets. Applications and requests from guests are processed by the apartment administrator from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
