Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Opening hours: Monday to Saturday — from 09:00 AM to 08:00 PM; Sunday from 11:00 AM to 06:00 PM. Mandatory final cleaning is paid separately once. The maid's duties include wet cleaning, changing bed linen and toiletries. Washing dishes and taking out the rubbish is not their responsibility. A mandatory deposit is required. After checking the condition of the accommodation for compliance with the rules of the house and the safety of the property, the deposit will be fully refunded to the card after a complete cleaning by the maid. The price is for 2 guests, and a fee of RUB 400.00 per day is charged for each additional guest. Parties, smoking or vaping of any smoking products and liquids, including on the balcony, are prohibited in the apartment. The fine is RUB 5000.00. Persons under the age of 18 can only stay with their parents. The conditions for early/late check-in/check-out are negotiated individually. It is possible to provide accounting documents. It is possible to stay with pets upon agreement for an additional fee, subject to compliance with the rules.
