Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The accommodation facility has 24-hour contactless check-in. Accounting documents are provided. Early check-in and late check-out are possible by agreement. A passport and a deposit are required for check-in. Payment is made before check-in. After payment, guests will receive a code for the lock. A cleaning report is compiled, sent to the accounting department and sent to guests. It is prohibited to hold events, smoke, or exceed the number of guests specified during booking in the apartment. It is also prohibited to make noise after 10:00 PM. Pets are allowed (strictly by agreement). When booking for one day, an additional cleaning fee of RUB 1990.00 is charged. Late check-in is possible by agreement after 07:00 PM (additional fee may apply). Smoking and noise after 10:00 PM are prohibited in the apartment. If guests are checking in with children, it is important to indicate the age of each child (even a newborn). Guests will be helped to organize a vacation with accommodation, trips to museums, boat trips, walking tours and ceremonial, rooftop and SUP walks. When booking apartments, guests will receive a discount on boat and yacht trips on rivers and canals, SUP walks and walking excursions.
