You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to show a photo identification that matches the payment card, to be sent by email before arrival, in order to verify guest's age. Please inform Notting Hill Residences in advance if the guest arrival is before 16:00 and the guest would like to store their luggage as this service is subject to availability. The Notting Hill Residences uses a self check-in system. Instructions on how to use this property system will be sent out a few days before guests’ arrival. There is no lift in the building. There is no parking at the premises. Private and public parking is available and the hotel will provide instructions if requested The bed arrangement will according to the guest number on the reservation. There will be a £30 extra fee to cover the linen set if you need to use a sofa bed or extra bed. We order the linen set from a professional cleaning company. The extra linen set will be £30.
