Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars). Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Please note that extra bed is only available for Executive Double Room. Please note that card holder name for the card that was used to make the booking must be the same as the guest's name. This credit card must be presented upon arrival. Guests booking 5-9 rooms will be charged a 10% deposit at the time of booking. Guests booking 10 rooms or more will be charged a 20% deposit at the time of booking. This payment is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
