Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. When checking into the apartment, guests must send a passport photo, or transfer a deposit to the card, which is returned after cheching the apartment. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Surcharge for accommodation or transfer of the deposit is made only by transfer to the card. Business travelers can be accommodated. For a fee are available: transfer, baby potty, high chair for feeding, playpen. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement. Holidays and events with a large number of guests are prohibited in the apartments.
