Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk opening hours 09:00 - 20:00. According to the rules of the hotel, the guest must make an advance payment of 1 night from the booking price. A room is provided without prepayment only if there is a free room of the required category at the time of arrival. According to the Government Decree No. 1853 of 11/18/2020 (clause 18), Minors under the age of 14 are required to check in the hotel with the documents of their parents (adoptive parents, guardians). If the accompanying persons are not legal guardians, they are required to provide the notarized consent form of the legal guardians (one of them) and the birth certificate of the minors. Minors aged 14 or above, in the absence of legal representatives next to them, are required to check in the hotel with his/her identity document and a notarized consent form from the legal guardian (one of them). The hotel has contactless check-in. On the day of arrival, a hotel employee will contact guests and provide the code for the electronic lock. There is no hotel representative on the ground floor. Children under 6 are admitted free of charge. There is a paid municipal parking lot next to the hotel. Payment for parking is via SMS or through the applications on the banner.
