A damage deposit of AUD 50 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a credit card. Please note that guests under 18 years of age cannot be accommodated at this property. Guests are required to fill in a check-in document and send it back to the property before arrival.
