The deposit is paid to a bank card before arrival at the apartment. Withheld from the deposit: the cost of bed linen and towels with non-removable stains, the cost of dry cleaning, elimination of odors, carrying out any repairs due to the fault of the guest, 500.00 RUB for left dirty dishes, food, foodstuffs, 500.00 RUB for a dirty microwave oven, 300.00 RUB for left garbage; 1000.00 RUB. for the delay in cleaning after check-out for 15-30 minutes. The return of the deposit or its balance is carried out after the specified work has been carried out and the amount of damage subject to compensation has been finalized. For any violation of the rules of accommodation specified in the description, including smoking, uncoordinated late check-out, accommodation of more guests than stated, accommodation with animals, delayed cleaning after check-out for more than half an hour, a fine in the amount of a deposit is deducted.
