Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. An extra set of bed linen is provided for bookings of 15 nights or more. The security deposit is refundable upon check-out after cleaning. In case of violation of house rules, property damage, or the presence of tobacco odor, the deposit will not be refunded. Early check-in and late check-out must be arranged in advance. Smoking and hosting loud parties are strictly prohibited in the flat.
