Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Upon check-in, guests must sign a lease agreement. The apartments are cleaned free of charge at the request of the guests every 3 days. Only the guests specified in the contract are allowed to stay in the apartment. Accounting documents are provided upon request: a receipt with a QR code, a voucher. Guests are asked to observe the rules and regulations for the use of residential premises, as well as fire safety. Events, parties or celebrations are not allowed in the apartment. Silence must be observed from10:00 PM to 08:00 AM. Guests are kindly requested to report any malfunctions or emergencies immediately. In case of violation of any of the above rules, a fine of RUB 5000.00 is provided for each violation. In case of damage to the property, the guest is fully responsible for compensation in accordance with the submitted supporting documents. Reconstruction and redevelopment of residential premises is prohibited. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. An increased deposit is charged on New Year's Eve.
