Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Later or earlier check-in time is agreed in advance. The apartments are not rented out for noisy events. Settlement with animals is prohibited. Smoking in the apartment is prohibited, only allowed on the balcony. Guests with children of any age are accepted, without providing extra beds (2 adults + child, sleeping places - sofa). There is an additional deposit for the parking gate remote control in the amount of RUB 2500.00. Guests can request a shuttle service to and from the airport at an additional cost.
