Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Accounting documents are available upon request. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments, including on the balconies. Check-in is available around the clock, but for bookings made before 22:30. By agreement and subject to availability, early check-in and late check-out are provided. Contact information is provided on the booking confirmation. After the full payment for the stay, the guests will have detailed instructions on how to check in. To check in, guests will need to register in the check-in app, send the passport, or go through Tinkov ID verification and sign the contract online. Passport data is transmitted only through a service that has secure servers and state accreditation for the collection, processing and storage of personal data.
