Please note full payment is taken upon booking. Please note that guests must be over 25 years old. At check-in, you will need the credit card used during booking and a form of ID (e.g. driving license or passport). The property has the right to deduct money from the card used to book the accommodation, to cover any damages. Guests should be aware that a GBP 500 deposit may be taken at the time of booking. When making a group booking, full payment may be required at the time of booking and this is non-refundable. A security deposit per apartment will be required for each apartment booked. The property cannot guarantee that all apartments will be in the same building. A refundable deposit may be required in addition to accommodation charges. You will be contacted by SACO – The Serviced Apartment Company who will confirm your arrival details and who may require a security deposit prior to your arrival. This will vary depending on the size of apartment you have booked. The deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of your departure, subject to there being no damage to the apartment or disruption to other guests. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A security deposit of GBP 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
