Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that due to government guidelines, this property is only accommodating key workers until further notice. There is a late check in fee of GBP 25 for check-ins after 19:00. Please note that guests will receive an email containing important arrival information after booking. These instructions must be followed to stop any delays upon arrival. Kindly note that if you have a disability or you experience mobility difficulties, please contact the property at least 24 hours in advance and the property will provide a complimentary meet and greet service. Please note that a prepayment for your stay is required to secure your reservation. This can be by bank transfer or credit card. A credit or debit card can be used with a passport of the same name. The passport may be held until check out. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions. Please note that only the guests listed on the booking confirmation are allowed to use the apartment. Visitors are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted throughout the entire property. No parties are allowed and no more than the stated number of that the property can accommodate may be in the property at any time. Please Note: This is a private residential building therefore, no parties are allowed. The property has quiet hours between 22:00 and 8:00 when music or loud noise is not permitted. Please note a GBP 100 fee applies if keys are lost or not returned on the day of departure.
