Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Schedule of the reservation department and reception of incoming calls: from 05:00 AM to 10:00 PM Moscow time. Remote check-in is carried out through keyboxes and electronic locks, so before arrival, guests sign an electronic offer contract and make a deposit. Links are sent to guests in advance, 24 hours before arrival. If the guest did not get in touch in advance and did not arrange these procedures, it is impossible to check in after 10:00 PM Moscow time.
