A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Sisters House in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that heating is not included and will be charged EUR 150 per day when used. Electricity consumption is included up to 35KW. Beyond a tariff of 0.60€/KW will be applied. A surcharge of EUR 15 applies for every hour of delay from 20:00 until 00:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. All special requests and meal add-ons are to be requested in advance and are subject to confirmation by the property.
