Bij aankomst moeten Russische staatsburgers een van de volgende oorspronkelijke documenten (geen kopie) tonen: een geldig binnenlands Russisch of internationaal paspoort of een rijbewijs. Front desk is open 24/7. Remote check-in 24 hours a day, no reception. Guests must contact the administration within two days of booking, no later than 09:00 PM, and receive instructions for check-in. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. Check-in is by prepayment and provision of a photo of the passport. Accommodation with children, animals by agreement. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, hookahs and other smoking substances in the apartment is prohibited. Bachelorette, stag and other similar parties are not allowed in the apartment.
