Front desk is open 24/7. The property does not have a reception desk. Guests can check in themselves using their reservation ID. Additional guests from 3 years old will be charged when using existing bedding. br/ Reception is open from 02:30 PM to 10:00 PM. Early check-in is not accepted. br/ From September 1st, 2017, as per Government of Malaysia requirements, hotel guests who are not Malaysian citizens or long-term/permanent residents of Malaysia will be levied a tourism tax of RM 10.00 per room per night stay.
