Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The front desk is open until 21:00. A photo or scan of the passport will be required upon check-in. After booking, guests are kindly requested to contact the property manager to arrange check-in. Contact details are provided in the booking confirmation. Check-in is contactless. Check-in between 12:00 AM and 07:00 AM is possible by prior arrangement and may incur an additional fee. Reporting documents are provided upon prior request. Collaboration with legal entities is possible. Parties, noisy events, smoking, staying with pets, and violation of quiet hours are strictly prohibited in the apartment. A security deposit is required, the amount depends on the length of stay and the number of guests, but is not less than RUB 2000.00. The deposit will be returned on the day of departure after cleaning and inspection of the apartment within one business day. For late check-in, the deposit must be paid before 09:00 PM. Use of additional sleeping places and extra sets of bed linen is charged separately.
