The building is new. Renovation work may take place in other flats during the day. Smoking is not allowed in the flat, including on the balcony. Smoking is permitted near the lift on the open balcony. The flat is not available for noisy events or parties. Pets are not allowed. Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs, as well as minors without adult supervision, cannot be accommodated in the flat. Only guests registered at the time of booking are allowed in the flat; unregistered visitors are not permitted. Guests are asked to observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM. Early or late check-in between 10:00 PM and 07:00 AM is possible by prior arrangement. Check-in is contactless and carried out via a key safe on the entrance door. Arrival is possible after completion and signing of a short-term rental agreement; passport details are required for the agreement. The deposit is refunded after the flat has been cleaned and checked, provided that property rules and conditions have been met. Business travelers can receive official accounting documents if required.
