The front desk is open until 19:00. Check-in is from 15:300 to 19:00. Please note that check-in after 19:00 must be arranged in advance. Arrivals after 19:00 without prior arrangement will be treated as a no-show and will be charged in full, as per cancellation policy. Please note that The Hideaway has a strict non-smoking policy. Guests will be asked to vacate the room immediately if evidence of smoking is found, and a minimum charge of GBP 200.00 will be applied to the credit/debit card used to make the reservation, to cover all additional cleaning and dry cleaning costs. Bookings for 3 rooms or more cannot be accepted. Please inform The Hideaway At Windermere in advance of your expected arrival time.
