Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. After booking, guests are kindly requested to contact the apartments via the Telegram channel using the phone number provided in the booking confirmation. Check-in is conducted remotely. It is necessary to accurately specify the number of guests when booking. The number of guests cannot exceed what was originally stated. The deposit is refunded on the day of departure between 03:00 PM and 05:00 PM via bank transfer. Late check-out is available by agreement, with an hourly extension rate of RUB 450.00 per hour after 12:00 PM. Early check-in before 02:00 PM is also RUB 450.00 per hour. Stays with cats are not allowed. Smoking inside the apartments and on the balcony is strictly prohibited, with a penalty of 100% of the deposit. Guests are required to provide a photo of their passport (pages 1, 2, and registration) upon check-in.
