Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Contactless check-in and check-out. On the day of booking, guests must send a phone number for communication, a photo or scan of their passport, pages with photo and registration, to sign the contract, and pay a deposit. Calls are accepted from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM. 24-hour check-in is by prior arrangement. Early check-in and late check-out are possible by agreement and for an additional fee. Reporting documents are available upon request. A service fee is provided for bookings for up to 3 days. For stays up to 1 day — RUB 1000.00, up to 2 days — RUB 600.00. No fee is charged for stays of three days. Parties, celebrations and mass events, smoking in the apartment, including electronic cigarettes and hookahs, drinking alcohol, wearing street shoes and rearranging furniture are prohibited. In case of smoking in the apartment, damage to property, disturbing the peace after 09:00 PM, holding events without approval, checking in with animals without warning, exceeding the number of guests without approval, losing or taking out keys, wearing street shoes and rearranging furniture, the deposit is not refunded.
