Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Early check-in and late check-out are discussed in advance. Contact information is provided on the booking confirmation. For stays of more than 7 days, cleaning and bed linen change are provided free of charge once a week. Guests are asked to take care of bed linen and upholstered furniture. In case of damage to the laundry beyond repair, its cost will be deducted from the deposit. Parties and smoking are prohibited. Slippers are provided, and it is forbidden to wear outdoor shoes in the apartment. Reservations are made from 08:00 to 22:00, with the obligatory provision of a passport and payment of a deposit. Accounting documents are available upon request. Accommodation with pets is negotiated separately and can be paid additionally. The flat staff is ready to help guests with the organization of an important event or transfer. The conditions for booking an apartment for the purpose of shooting content are negotiated individually.
