Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The flat is not suitable for parties and other fun events. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, including on the balcony. It is forbidden to violate the silence regime according to the legislation of the Russian Federation. In case of violation of the rules of residence, there is an immediate eviction without refund of the cost of accommodation and deposit. The deposit is returned after cleaning, if there is no damage to the property. Check-out time: check-in from 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM, check-out from 07:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are discussed separately, an additional fee may be charged. For business travelers, individuals and legal entities, reporting documents are provided, payment to a current account with invoicing, cash payments and transfers to a bank card are also possible.
