Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk opening hours 09:00 - 21:00. If guests plan to check in after 09:00 PM, they should contact the accommodation in advance. Check-in earlier than 03:00 PM is also agreed in advance with the hotel and is charged additionally. Check-in takes place remotely. Guests must contact the receptionist 1 day before arrival to arrange the time of arrival and the place of key collection. Contact information is provided on the booking confirmation. Pets are allowed for an additional fee and only by prior agreement with the administrator.
