Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. After booking, guests are kindly requested to contact the property for check-in instructions. Guests will be charged a fine of RUB 1000.00 for leaving garbage and dirty dishes, the amount will be deducted from the deposit made upon arrival. Full ban on smoking in the apartment, fine RUB 5000.00. Please note that a deposit of RUB 5000.00 is required upon check-in. It will be returned within 24 hours after check-out.
