This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in from 19:00 to 00:00 has a surcharge of EUR 35. For check-in after 00:00, please contact the property for further details. The 5 bedroom house only has air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms upstairs. Please note that the 50% deposit will be charged on the day of booking and must be paid by credit card or debit card. The remaining amount must be paid in cash at the time of check-in. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
