A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Please inform Residence Villa Franca of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that full payment of the booked stay is due on arrival. This does not apply to nonrefundable rates. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 50 Euro per pet, per stay applies. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet is allowed.
