Please note that the 35% deposit charged on day of booking must be paid via credit card or debit card. The remaining amount will be paid in cash at the time of check-in. Villa Oriente - smart holidays will contact guests with further details. Please note that a deposit of EUR 250 will be charged at check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out if no damages are made to the property. Please note that the change of bed linen and towels is done every 7 days, only on weekdays.
