The front desk is not open around the clock. In case of check-in after 11:00 PM, guests should inform the hotel in advance and get check-in instructions. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation. The guests can check in with assistance from the hotel staff during working hours. Arrival at the hotel after the front desk is closed requires self-check-in by scanning the QR Code signpost on the front desk. Guests without internet service or phone battery may use the charging cables, Wi-Fi name and password also on the front desk to complete the online check-in steps and gain access to their room. If necessary, they may contact the emergency phone number for telephone assistance in Japanese-only as well.
