Please inform Zentral Hotel Poststuben in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note: Guests arriving after 20:00 are asked to call the property in advance in order to receive a code for the key box. This code will be activated via the phone call. Guests are asked to present the credit card which was used at the time of booking. Alternatively, contact the property in advance and submit a card authorisation should the card belong to a third person. Guests arriving on weekends or public holidays- including Carnival Monday (Rosenmontag) and the period between 24 December and 01 January - must contact the hotel by telephone to get a digital code to pick up keys. Baby cot and parking in the garage are available upon request and has to be confirmed by the property. Extra prices for these requests are not included in the rate and has to be paid separately at the property. Please note that limited parking is available and only for vehicles in standard sizes.
