Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Early check-in is available subject to apartment availability and for an additional fee. From 06:00 AM to 08:00 AM, it costs RUB 2000.00; after 08:00 AM, it costs RUB 1000.00. Late check-in is possible for an additional fee of RUB 1000.00 per hour after 11:00 PM. Late check-out from 12:00 PM to 03:00 PM is also paid separately for RUB 1000.00 for each hour. Upon check-in, guests are required to pay a deposit, which includes cleaning of RUB 450.00 (for the entire stay), which is deducted from the deposit upon check-out. Check-in is possible strictly from the age of 18, either with parents or by proxy from parents to a representative. The apartments have a pass system; guests must have original identification documents with them (passport, international passport, driver's license, birth certificate).
