Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Check-in is done independently, using a combination lock. The deposit is returned after cleaning. Use of the hot tub is paid separately — RUB 8000.00 (preparation takes about 4 hours, prior notice is required; contact information is provided in the booking confirmation). The house is not intended for parties and noisy events. It is prohibited to make noise outside after 10:00 PM. Staying in the house is allowed only without outdoor shoes. Smoking indoors, including the use of hookahs, is prohibited. A fine may be imposed by withholding the deposit. Accommodation with animals is not allowed. It is prohibited to dump hygiene products into the sewer. Before leaving, you must load the dishwasher and take out the trash.
