At the apartments, foreign guests can undergo free registration of temporary stay or receive advice on the necessary documents for an independent visit to the Citizenship and Migration Department. It is prohibited to hold entertainment or noisy events in the apartments; silence is required from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. If facts of violation are established, it is possible to bring the competent authorities to administrative responsibility (an explanation at local law enforcement centers and the payment of a significant fine). Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance of their expected arrival time and to contact the property regarding booking details.
